Families of students living outside the Crestview School District can apply for their child to attend Crestview as an open-enrollment student. An application must be completed for initial acceptance as an open-enrolled student. Reapplication is required annually. The period for initial and renewal applications runs from April 1 to May 1, 2023, for the following school year.
All applications will be reviewed and accepted at the discretion of the Superintendent. All applicants, accepted or denied, will be notified by mail on or before June 20, 2023. Accepted applicants NEW to Crestview LSD will be instructed to schedule an appointment in our registration office located in the central office.
New Open Enrollment Applicants:
Apply via FinalForms - Select the 2023-2034 School Year, and complete all available forms.
Returning Open Enrollment Applicants:
Complete the Renewal Application for returning open-enrollment students.
Open-enrolled students must reapply annually
